Finally made it out to Tekkamaki- had it bookmarked for a minute! Their fusion menu has many directions you can go- from typical Korean dishes like be bim bap and bulgogi to traditional Japanese sushi. There's a Latin fusion bringing in dishes like birria ramen and sushi burritos rolled in flamin hot Cheetos to go alongside a mango or watermelon tamarind margarita. Service was a bit slow, but very friendly and helpful which always beats the alternative. The open dining area has high ceilings and a simple , modern decor with tables, couches, a sushi bar and a big screen TV. We didn't venture too far off the sushi path today since it was our maiden voyage here and wanted to really lock in on their sushi. Everything we had was good and their fusion menu has me thinking of a few things I'll try next time.

The food tastes delicious, but the service is a little bit long. The restaurants are understaffed. The ambiance is excellent.

Was camping nearby and needed a break from the heat and something light for dinner. Picked the first sushi restaurant we saw on yelp. So glad we did! The sushi was good, the food came out reasonably quickly, the waitresses were all so nice. Big smiles everywhere. They were very kind and understanding when my 2 year old tossed some food around (she's got quick hands!). Overall pleasant experience. Also they have margaritas? Weird for a sushi place, but it was good and refreshing, my sister and I loved it!

Great service and great food. Stopped here to eat with the family. Food was amazing. Ordered the galb ribs, some rolls and rice bowl.

This place is an amazing sushi/Hispanic fusion! I got the Ramen birra along with the Birra quesadilla. We enjoyed the gyozas and firecrackers as well. The service was spot on and the staff are super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is great, clean well lit, great music!! The seating is phenomenal.

by far my favorite sushi place here in our valley. plenty of options on their menu and their employees are very sweet and attentive. highly recommend!

Honestly I love this place. The service is always friendly. The bulgogi, Be Bim Bop, and short ribs are all excellent. So is their teriyaki salmon. The sushi rolls Roll are good, not as elegantly constructed as some places, But..the flavors are good and the fish always tastes fresh. I like that they do sushi specials. Definitely not on the cheap end for a sushi roll but comparable to any other place I've been to that uses quality ingredients. I also like their sake selections in my mind, they could always have more lol but I enjoy the ones they have. They also have margaritas. What's not to like! My only critique is that I personally do not care for the Ramen. I like a very traditional Ramen and theirs is more of a fusion. Try it though you might love it!

Showed up on a Friday night, during dinnertime and wasn't sure what to expect. It was very busy, we added our name to the list and waited. Service here is very efficient, we didn't wait long even though we were 5th on the list. Sushi Bento $25 *YES* Comes with miso soup, a basic sushi burrito, tuna and salmon sashimi, vegetable tempura, and some nigri (chef's choice). I could not be happier with the freshness of the sashimi and the chef's choice of nigri. Tempura was perfectly cooked and not at all greasy. It is a filling meal with a good variety of flavors. I would most definitely order this again. Korean Chirashi $22 is a work of art and a filling meal for 1 (I had leftovers to take home). I starts with sushi rice, layered with fresh spring mix, topped with a good amount of sashimi mixed with a variety of finely diced pickled vegetables, drizzled with their own dressing, then a swirl of cold rice noodles and a generous sprinkling of tobiko (orange fish eggs). It is a work of art that had other tables wanting to know what I had ordered. It's also freakin' delicious! It is a FULL Meal *YUMM* So far, everything we've ever ordered has been impressive. Food is beautifully presented. Service is exceptional. Food portions are generous. Quality is Outstanding *muah* Art on a plate. Good for 1 person or an entire group. This is the BEST Sushi spot around. Similar quality to the Sushi place in Ashland, but this place is a consistent a FULL 5-stars and worth the trip! TIP IN CASH *it makes a difference* :D *They said that Mon-Wed are "less busy", but they are so efficient here that anytime is a great time to eat here *BIG Smiles*

My 31st birthday dinner! I never thought I'd head from the gym to sushi, but I'm in a different part of life and man it's good. The ceviche roll was a meal in itself. The presentation, portion size, taste, ahhhh amazing! It was so refreshing. You basically get a sushi roll and a full serving of ceviche on top. I can't remember the names of the other rolls, but they were delicious too.

I'm a bit of a sushi snob so getting a 5 star review from me is an accomplishment. I gave this place some time to get things rolling after opening and I must say it was worth the wait. My wife and I had a spectacular meal with their house salad, several rolls, fried soft shell crab tacos and nigiri of several fish species. We were treated to an order of Bluefin sushi that was so good it melted in my mouth like butter. My favorite roll of the night was their crispy jalapeño roll. My wife loved their Rogue River roll. Even their house dressing was tasty and the presentation (plating) was attractive. I would highly recommend this place. Service was fast and efficient. The environment was clean and inviting. Some of the tables have comfy sofas for seating. Trust...
